After about a month in development and alpha testing, the new Accelo and Autotask import is now live and in beta! This import allows IT businesses to seamlessly transfer all of their client and contact details from Autotask into Accelo, creating a super easy transition for Autotask users everywhere who'd like to escape to a modern and true cloud platform.

While we're focused for now on helping businesses export their own important client and contact data, in the weeks ahead we'll be enhancing the import to bring in tickets, histories and more from Autotask, so companies that want to upgrade can do so without jettisoning important business data.
