This week, we ran a number of sessions that gave our users a sneak peek at the latest upgrade to your Accelo account - the new Requests Module. If you couldn't make it to one of the live sessions, we've recorded one of them and you can watch it here as many times as you'd like!
Geoff McQueen walks through the new Requests Module. What's new with the requests? In summary, the processing screen is a lot faster and user-friendly. With all new features like automatic replies and automatic conversions, you'll get through client emails faster than ever.
The session covers how to:
- Capture email requests from clients as well as unknown contacts so you never miss a thing. Combined with our awesome Gmail Gadget, Accelo will help make sure you and your team never double up on replies to clients, web forms or other things that go to info@ or support@ type email addresses.
- Use the brand new request processing screen that works a lot like our super fast and easy-to-use inbox. You'll be able to see requests on the left, filter them, and then see the whole email conversation on the right.�
- Convert requests into new sales, issues, projects & retainers.
- Convert support@ requests into tasks against the existing work you're already doing, making it easy to synthesize new requests into established work.
- Set up autoreplies on certain types of requests to make it easy to respond to client emails.
- Automatically convert requests based on the client, the content or the time of day to escalate things into new issues, sales or other objects instantly.
