If you're a new Accelo user, you might forget how to log in. In this post, we're reminding you of how to access the platform and offering additional helpful resources for expanding your Accelo knowledge.
There are two ways to access Accelo via desktop.
1. Bookmark (or memorize) the web address of your Accelo deployment.
2. Log in straight from our website. Look for the "Log In" link in the righthand section of our top navigation.
On the login screen, you'll be prompted to enter your Accelo subdomain. For security reasons, we make sure all of our user data is kept completely isolated and quarantined this way. Once you enter your domain, the form will remember it for next time. If you don't know it, don't worry — you can look up your account(s) via your email address.
You'll notice that there's an option to use Google, Microsoft or Intuit single sign-on credentials to log in to Accelo. Not only do these options provide another layer of security via third-party verification, but they can minimize the number of usernames and passwords you have to remember.
