After a bit under two months in beta, the Accelo and GFI Max integration is now officially live. With this integration, MSP's and IT companies can seamlessly manage client security, alerts, tickets and billing.
In the official launch press release, Dave Sobel, Director of Community at GFI Max, writes, "while there are a few products in the market that offer sales or project management tools specifically for MSPs and IT firms, there are very few that truly allow them to systemize their business operations effectively within the cloud. For our customers, integration with Accelo will undoubtedly enhance the way they're able to operate."
At the heart of the integration is a two-way, real-time connection between GFI MAX's dashboard of alerts and Accelo's queue, ticket and time-billing platform. Whenever an alert is triggered in GFI MAX, Accelo automatically captures the alert against the client, making it easy for technicians to work through the ticket in a way that captures time spent, SLAs and other key details.
Additionally, changes in one system automatically reflect in the other within minutes. If the technician resolves or closes the ticket in Accelo, the resolution is pushed back to GFI Max and the alert cleared. Similarly, if an alert was only transient and disappears from the dashboard in GFI MAX, the Accelo queue is also updated.
All Accelo accounts with the Issues module active can now connect to their GFI Max Dashboards, and see alerts automatically flow in from GFI Max to the Accelo requests queue. Interested in trying it out? Sign up for a free 7-day trial of Accelo.
