Do you have particular tools or a system in place that can grow and adjust as you do?

Are your communications and operations streamlined and easy to follow (for growing teams across different offices or cities)?
Can you (and everyone on your team) easily find and access pertinent information from anywhere?
Do you have any platforms in place that enable you to diagnose your business’ health from a glance, so that you and your team can address problems quickly?
Do you know how productive your staff are or how their time is being utilized?
i.e. so you can make adjustments to processes, workflows, and teams efficiently and effectively.
Is most of your time spent on (billable) client work (as opposed to everyday busywork or admin work) so that you can continue to grow and generate more revenue?
From a workflow standpoint, are the right people automatically notified at the right time when certain phases of a project begin so that they can work on them (without having to be inefficiently pinged or told)?
Are you able to easily duplicate recurring contracts or work instead of having to manually recreate them?
i.e. have you nailed down workflows with reusable templates?
Do you have real-time reporting to hold everyone on your team accountable 24/7?
