At Accelo, we’re working hard to continue to expand and improve our integration capabilities and catalog of system connectors. In Q3, we implemented a new integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution, that is allowing us to optimize integration capabilities with more leading applications and bring new integrations to our customers quickly.
In Q4, we’re adding significant improvements to our CRM integration capabilities with a key focus on Hubspot. Accelo offers the ability to manage customers, contacts, sales, and quotes within the application. However, we also have clients who use a separate CRM platform to manage their business, which is tightly integrated into our PSA tool. In the latter scenario, we’ll support the expanded use case of integrating “Hubspot Deals” into Accelo so our customers can easily see their sales data, build quotes, initiate customer projects, and work from their Hubspot pipeline data more readily. Looking ahead to 2025, in Q1, we’ll be leveraging those base CRM capabilities to extend our Salesforce integrations. Improving our capabilities with key CRM systems allows us to provide unmatched visibility and insights into customer and operational data and allows our customers to better deliver on their client engagements.
Additionally, We’re making emails sent from within the Accelo system more tightly integrated into our user’s primary email platform providing a better user experience and more robust emailing capability. This is why, in Q4 of this year, we’ll also be improving our best-in-class email integration capabilities with Gmail and Microsoft 365. With this updated functionality, we are also improving the reliability of emails sent and reducing the likelihood that system emails are flagged as spam for recipients. We’re actively focused on our customer’s operations to make sure nothing falls through the cracks during client engagements. The better the data that is connected to Accelo’s Stream function, the better the contextual insight our customers will have to their client engagements. We continue to deliver improvements to help streamline visibility and automation to empower professional service businesses worldwide.
