She is aptly described as a leader who channels her passion for addressing complex challenges into transformative organizational success. Her passion clearly demonstrates her unwavering commitment to empowering businesses to achieve their full potential.
"I have spent the last 18 years growing and scaling SaaS businesses with a primary focus on all things customers," Karen shared. "In that time, I have both been responsible for professional service customers and have been a customer myself, living the challenges many of ours face. This role allows me to leverage that experience and passion to build a culture, support model, and product centered around the unique needs and challenges of our customers."
Since the successful acquisition of Accelo by Bow River Capital in February of 2024, the company has continued to expand and broaden its digital footprint. Karen explains, "Accelo helps its customers scale, maximize profitability, and successfully deliver for their customers." Furthermore, Accelo's extensive suite of solutions is revolutionizing how professional services businesses deliver value for their customers. Karen emphasized how Accelo enables organizations to manage core professional services processes from quote to project management, resource management, time tracking, and invoicing, providing critical business insights along the way.
